Podcast — listen to our UX Podcast serie
In 2023, my colleagues and me recorded and published the second season of the BearingPoint podcast Pixel, Pretzel & ERP. The podcast addresses the topics ERPs, user experience and innovation. In our second season, which comprises 3 episodes, we focus on user experience design. In these episodes, we'll be looking at the basics of user experience design, taking a look at the project context and taking a closer look at the topic of positive UX.

PROBLEM
The Challenge
The challenge was to record and publish 3 episodes of the podcast series “Pixel, Bretzel & ERP” with the goal of creating and increasing awareness of UX Design within BearingPopint. The episodes should last about 7-8 minutes, be easy to understand and give the listener a good overview about UX.
EPISODE 1
User Experience Basics
The first episode deals with the basics of user experience. We define user experience on the basis of the DIN standard and show you various methods of the human-centered design process.
EPISODE 2
User Experience Designers
The second episode deals with daily work-life of UX designers. We will introduce you to the different roles that you take on as a UX designer or with whom you work together and tell you about our project experiences.
EPISODE 3
Positive User Experience
The second episode deals with Positive UX. We will look with you at the distinction between positive UX and UX or usability and then use examples to show you how to design positive experiences.
RESULTS
Outcome
Our podcast episodes were realized on Soundcloud and Spotify.
Currently over 200 listeners on Soundcloud alone. (March 2024)
The episodes contributed to promote UX within BearingPoint.
